Shredded Salad

With everything shredded, you can add whatever is in your refrigerator for this light but filling salad. Phase One-Repair

Shredded Salad


For the salad any quantity you have:

  • Cabbage-any kind, I used Napa

  • lettuce

  • radish

  • 2  carrots, peeled

  • handful sliced almonds

  • handful sunflower seeds

  • peeled orange or tangerine slices

For the dressing

  • 2 Tablespoon sesame oil or EVOO

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • sliced green onion *optional


  1.  Put all the salad mixings in a food processor on the shred or double shred blade.

  2. Mix all the dressing ingredients and poor on the salad.

  3. Enjoy.

*Meat it up: Add sliced chicken breast
