Simple Carrot and Cabbage Salad


  • 1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded

  • 3 carrots, shredded

  • 3 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil

  • 1 clove garlic, mix


1. Combine the cabbage and carrots in medium bowl.

2. Pour vinegar into small bowl. In another bowl combine the two oils. Slowly whisk the oil mixture into the vinegar.

3. Toss dressing over shredded vegetables. Serve or refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
