Aldefer 3 Sisters-Evergreen

Neko's Favorite Reasons to love this Hike:

  1. Park on East or West Side and have access to 15 miles of trails. We hiked the East Trails: Ponderosa Trail to Sisters Trail to Hidden Fawn for a total of 2 miles (easy to strenuous). We added a summit at 7833' ft The Brother (.4 miles round trip). If you choose, you can hike the Ponderosa Trail towards the West Trail head.

  2. You can also park at the East trail head and hike the moderate Evergreen east and West Trails system, across the road.

  3. Park on the West trail head for the Bluebird Meadow, Silver Fox, Bearbury, Mountain Mulhy, Coneflower and Ponderosa Trails for easy to moderate hikes as long or short as you choose. You can come daily for weeks and do different hikes each time with so many trail options to choose from.

  4. Gorgeous pines, rock formations, valleys, meadows and amazing views! You might get to see elk in the parking lot (we did-see picture #2).

  5. Open to walking, biking, snow shoeing, horse back riding, and picnicking.
