Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie

A refreshing alternative to boring green smoothies.

Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie


  • 1 handful kale, cleaned and de-stemmed

  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh cantaloupe

  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful seedless green grapes

  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup(s) filtered water or green tea

  • 10 cashews, raw


1. Cut the cantaloupe in half. With a paring knife, closely peel the outer layer, until you are past the green flesh, into the orange flesh. Shave it closely, so you don't waste any. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut into chunks.

2. In a Vitamix, Nutribullet, or blender: mix everything together well, greens go in first.  Add ice if needed. Enjoy!
