Chia Seed Pudding

A quick snack, breakfast, or dessert. Chia Seeds are a superfood, loaded with fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, and protein. They will keep you full and satisfied.

Chia Seed Pudding


For the pudding

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds (organic)

  • 2 cups unsweetend coconut or almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk). 

  • 3/4 tsp almond or vanilla extract

  • 5 pitted dates, finely chopped. or less is you are watching your sugar intake

  • *optional one tablespoon raw cacao

For the topping

  • Fresh organic fruit (your choice)

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • chopped nuts (your choice) can be toasted


  1. Mix all the pudding ingredients in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

  2. Put the toppings on and enjoy!
