Chia Seed Pudding

Overview
A quick snack, breakfast, or dessert. Chia Seeds are a superfood, loaded with fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, and protein. They will keep you full and satisfied.

Ingredients
For the pudding
1/2 cup chia seeds (organic)
2 cups unsweetend coconut or almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk).
3/4 tsp almond or vanilla extract
5 pitted dates, finely chopped. or less is you are watching your sugar intake
*optional one tablespoon raw cacao
For the topping
Fresh organic fruit (your choice)
Toasted coconut flakes
chopped nuts (your choice) can be toasted
Steps
Mix all the pudding ingredients in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Put the toppings on and enjoy!
