Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing

Overview
This dressing versatile enough to use it on salads, veggies, meats, and as a dip.
Try: take a small paper cup and put a tablespoon of the dressing on the bottom. Add sliced veggies for a great afternoon snack for you and the kids.
Ingredients
1 cloves garlic (or 2 if you like it spicier)
1/2 can full-fat canned coconut milk
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, cleaned, de-stemmed, and chopped
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoon(s) green onions or chives (optional)
1 lime juiced, about 1 TBSP
1/8 teaspoon(s) cumin (optional)
Steps
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. For a thinner dressing add more coconut milk; for a thicker dip use less (Note: if you want this to be more like a veggie dip than a salad dressing, add another avocado to make it creamier.)
