Easy Greens


· 1 bunch greens, cleans and de-stemmed

· 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil

· 2 teaspoon(s) fresh squeezed lemon juice


1. Clean and chop greens and put into a pot on the stove with oil and lemon juice.

2. Stir until wilted and serve.

3. Add nuts: walnuts, almond slices, pine nuts, pecans, or cashews for added protein, crunch, and flavor (Phase Two Only)*
