Green Lemonade

Overview
A refreshing and rehydrating, summer drink. Phase One-Repair

Ingredients
1/2 lemon
1/2 cucumber
1 cup(s) spinach or bibb lettuce, rinsed
1 sweet apple or ripe pear, cut the core out
1/2 cup(s) iced green tea or filtered water
1 handful ice cubes
Steps
1. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Use a fork to spin out the liquid while you strain the seeds over a fine mesh strainer.
2. Peel the cumber and cut in half, the long way. Scoop out the seeds on both halves.
3. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Enjoy!
