Overview
Keep hummus in the refrigerator for a quick snack, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients
2 cans (15 ounce each) chickpeas/garbanzo beans
2 tablespoon(s) sesame tahini
2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup(s) parsley, minced
1/3 cup(s) water
Steps
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until very creamy, add water sparingly.
2. Serve this with apple or pear slices, carrots, cucumber, olives, and salad.
