Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 ounce each) chickpeas/garbanzo beans

  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame tahini

  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/3 cup(s) parsley, minced

  • 1/3 cup(s) water

Steps

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until very creamy, add water sparingly.

2. Serve this with apple or pear slices, carrots, cucumber, olives, and salad.
