Overnight Oatmeal

A delicious and simple preparation for gluten free organic rolled oats that you can customize! Prepare the night before and heat up in the morning or cook them stove top while you get ready for work or school.

Overnight Oatmeal


  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

  • 1 cup(s) organic gluten free rolled oats

  • 1 handful(s) mixture of nuts or seeds: almonds, flax, chia, pumpkin, hemp, etc.

  • 1 handful(s) mixed fruit sweetened, or unsweetened dried fruit, no sulfates added (blueberries, cherries, cranberries, goji berries, raisins, or apples)

  • 1 handful(s) organic coconut or toasted coconut flakes *optional

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) orange or lemon zest *optional


1. Overnight Oats: Mix together ingredients and cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. In the morning, cook on the stove or microwave it until it’s hot.

3. Optional Toppings: Add pure maple syrup, almond slices, bananas, berries, or other fresh fruit and serve.

4. Morning Oats: In a medium saucepan, heat the milk to a low boil.

5. Add all the ingredients, stir, cover. Take off the heat and let sit for 20 minutes.

6. Add toppings and serve warm. Yum!

Best pairings try: cinnamon/raisin, cranberry/orange/vanilla extract, goji berry/toasted coconut (my favorite)
