Parsley Tapenade

Parsley is a great blood and kidney cleanser. It's high in vitamins K, A and C, as well as beta carotene, folate, and iron. It has antioxidant properties to help fight free radicals and inflammation. Phase One-Repair

Parsley Tapenade


  • 1 bunch fresh curly leafed parsley, cleaned and de-stemmed

  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh garlic

  • 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 dash(es) sea salt and pepper to taste


1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Serve with Rosemary Garlic Plantain Crackers, with raw veggies, or on top of poultry of fish. Enjoy now, or store in a glass container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
