Peaches in Strawberry Sauce

The best peaches are in season at the end of summertime. Use organic when you can. *After using your outdoor grill for dinner, add a tasty dessert by putting the peach halves on for a few minutes to caramelize the juices. Phase One-Repair

Peaches in Strawberry Sauce


  • 4 large ripe peaches, cut in half

  • 1-pintfresh organic strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tablespoon(s) natural or raw honey, or maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoon(s) almond slices

  • 1 handful(s) fresh basil or mint leaves, more for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon(s) water, if needed


1. Gently wash and cut the peaches in half.

2. *To caramelize the peaches (optional) - cook flesh side down directly on the grill for 5 minutes or until flesh is slightly charred and the peaches are warm and soft.

3. Puree strawberries, basil or mint, and honey in a blender. Add water if the mixture isn't blending well.

4. Pour strawberry mixture on top of peaches.

5. Sprinkle with almond slices and cut basil or mint leaves to garnish and serve. Enjoy!
