So easy and versatile for salads or veggie dips! Dressing comes from Healthy Gluten Free Life
Ingredients
1/3 cup(s) white wine vinegar
3 tablespoon(s) raw honey
3/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) organic Dijon mustard
1/4 cup(s) onion
1/4 teaspoon(s) unrefined sea salt
2 teaspoon(s) poppy seeds
Steps
1. Add the ingredients in a blender except the poppy seeds. Mix well.
2. Add the poppy seeds and turn the blender on for 1 second.
3. Serve over salads or as a vegetable dip and enjoy! Store leftovers in a jar for a week, thaw on the countertop for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
