Salmon Salad with Avocado


  • 1 can of wild-caught salmon, no salt added

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed well

  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh or dried cilantro, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon(s) lime juice, or more to taste

  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion, minced (optional)

Your choice: lettuce for wraps or salads, or cucumber and jicama slices


1. Mix one can salmon (wild-caught, sustainable, no salt added), avocado, lime juice, cilantro, and optional red onion together very well.

2. Wrap in in leafy lettuce, eat it on cucumber and jicama slices, or add it to a green salad with Citrus Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
