Super easy chicken bake, delicious with the Roasted Cabbage and Roasted Beets

Walnut Basil Chicken


  • 1/2 cup(s) organic basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup(s) raw walnuts

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 pinch(es) unrefined sea salt and pepper

  • 2 free range chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon(s) organic coconut oil


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Pulse the walnuts, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor until mixed well.

3. Place the chicken on a ceramic or glass baking dish, greased with the coconut oil.

4. Bake until chicken is no longer pink inside, 20-30 minutes, depending on your altitude and the thickness of the chicken

5. Remove from the oven, enjoy!
