Zucchini Hummus

Zucchini takes the place of beans in this recipe, and it tastes delicious. You can use raw zucchini, or for a richer flavor try roasting it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Phase One-Repair

Zucchini Hummus


  • 1 medium zucchini

  • 1/3 cup(s) raw tahini

  • 2 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh squeezed

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 teaspoon(s) cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt 


1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, or food processor.

2. Enjoy with cut apples, pears, cucumbers, olives, carrots, or celery.
