Overview

Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
1/3 cup(s) raw tahini
2 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon(s) cumin
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Steps
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, or food processor.
2. Enjoy with cut apples, pears, cucumbers, olives, carrots, or celery.
