Overview
Delicious alternative to coleslaw as a side salad. Try green and red cabbage combined for a flavorful and colorful variation. Phase One-Repair
Ingredients
4 cup(s) green cabbage, finely shredded ( I use the food processor)
2 scallions, white part minced
2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 large apple, cored and julienne cut (I use the food processor)
1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
Steps
1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, scallions, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well and let sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
2. Then add apple and walnuts. Serve or refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
