Ingredients
1 pound(s) organic or free-range ground turkey
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, minced, or 1 TBSP dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 pinch(es) salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. Mix the turkey, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and make 3-4 round balls.
2. Press the center in to make patty sized discs. Depress the center to make it a little thinner, it helps them cook more evenly.
3. Use the oil to coat the bottom of a large stainless-steel saucepan on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side. Center should not be pink.
4. Top with onions, the Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing, pickles, or gluten free mustard (no ketchup if you are night shade free). Enjoy!
