Bok Choy

Quick, and simple side dish. Pairs great with Ginger Orange Chicken

Bok Choy


5 bunches bok choy

1 tablespoon(s) organic coconut or sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, grated


1. Cut the ends off the white part of the bok choy and rinse well. Slice into one inch long pieces.

2. In a medium pot or skillet on medium heat, add the oil and the bok choy and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add the ginger and the garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes. Enjoy!

Pairs with:  Ginger Orange Chicken or Lemon Ginger Halibut
