Easiest Chicken Breast


  • 2 organic chicken breasts

  • 1 tablespoon(s) coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper to taste


1. On a stove top, heat oil on medium to low. Place chicken breasts in pan and cover. Sauté both sides until done, about 8-10 minutes each side. Cut open and make sure there is no pink in the chicken. Enjoy!
