Overview
A quick and easy salad that can be eaten with grilled free-range chicken or slices of nitrate-free chicken or turkey. Phase One-Repair
Ingredients
2 free-range boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cup(s) mixed green salad
1/2 cup(s) organic seedless grapes
1 apple, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery
tablespoon(s) Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing
Steps
1. Make Easiest Chicken Recipe, or use 2-4 slices of nitrate-free chicken or turkey slices. Cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Cut the apple, grapes, and celery into bite sized pieces and place on top a bed of greens, about one cup greens per person. Add the chicken and salad dressing (see Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing) and enjoy!
