Waldorf Inspired Salad

A quick and easy salad that can be eaten with grilled free-range chicken or slices of nitrate-free chicken or turkey. Phase One-Repair

Waldorf Inspired Salad


  • 2 free-range boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cup(s) mixed green salad

  • 1/2 cup(s) organic seedless grapes

  • 1 apple, peeled and diced

  • 2 stalks celery

  • tablespoon(s) Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing


1. Make Easiest Chicken Recipe, or use 2-4 slices of nitrate-free chicken or turkey slices. Cut into bite sized pieces.

2. Cut the apple, grapes, and celery into bite sized pieces and place on top a bed of greens, about one cup greens per person. Add the chicken and salad dressing (see Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing) and enjoy!
